Can someone help me with my psp?

im just spitting out ideas but.... u can just keep doing this until you get used to it, or you can bring it back to where you bought it, or call Sony to help you repair it. Anythings better than my PSP which is completely messed up cuz it cant update. COnsider yourself lucky.
