Vista related problems.?

This is a Windows Vista related question, i had to do a system reboot because of some problems, and now when i log into my account it says "you could be a victim of software counterfeiting" so i go to the microsoft validation website and i click validate windows and it says that it is, after i restart it says the same thing. What should i do?
