I took two 500mg pills of mitronidazole for bv and can not stop vomiting what should i do?

i thought i could speed up the process by taking two at the same time instead of twice daily a couple hours later i became very nauseous and could not stop vomiting. i only ate once today and am now puking up yellow acidy stuff i am unsure what to do i can hold anything down not even water .... please help me
