How can i convince my mum to let me get my belly on peirced?

Tattoos and permanent, piercings are not. Just ask her and see what she says. tell her the reasons why you want one and ask her to listen to you. If she still won't let you ask her when she would allow it and compromise. Maybe she will let you when you turn 16 or something.
