Who can find me XS Dresses!?

Okay, so I'm lost. I've been looking everywhere for a dress under $50 that will actually fit me, I'm a size 0-1. I weigh 90-100 pounds, and I'm in eighth grade, I'm looking for a formal party it can be long or short, I like short better though. I shop online and in stores. I've looked at nordstrom's, agaci, pacsun, 15 dollar store (LOL) macys, kohl's, forever21, and I'm questioning some dresses from JCP. Can someone PLEASE find me a dress, size 0 or 1, XS, that is tasteful? 10 points best answer!
