How can I keep my bathtub clean without much maintenance?

Use a spray hose or even a plastic jug to rinse the tub with the hottest water you have immediately after you finish using the tub. For shower walls, take a window squeegee or a cloth(microfibre would be excellent for this) and wipe the walls/tub dry before you even get out of the shower.
