Any suggestions for my Blue/Black Mill Deck?: MTG?

You want your entire deck, minus for some counters, to focus on milling as that's your win con. Take out removal spells and all other creatures and fill it with counters and mill spells. Try getting a hold of the new Jace from Magic 2012 as it is mill on a stick.
