Where do the rich and upper middle cl live in Ecuador?

I'm sure there are wealthy people living all over Ecuador, but are there certain areas or cities where they tend to cluster? I am thinking about moving there and opening a business, but would need to target people with money to spare. Any direction would be appreciated.
