My 1996 renault clio 1.2 engine code d7f, (diet engine). wont start as it is overfueling?

Yes, buy a new car and not a Renault the most unrelable car on the road. Not my opinion but look at what car etc . Renault ae always at the bottom. Buy a Nissan, BMW etc they are at the top for reliability
