Is this a good trade?

I'm going to trade my Audiobahn A8002T for two JL audio M770-CCW-W's. I know I'm getting the better end of that deal but the same guy also wanted my two Kicker 05CVR124's. Should I trade him the two Kickers for the remaining four JL's?
