It is suspected that using a condom decreases the viral load your body is getting, so it is important to use one while fighting HPV. There is not a test for a man to determine if he has HPV, the man only knows based on the women's test. Stay healthy, eat right, exercise, don't smoke or drink and having unprotected really shouldn't affect you too much. If your pap comes back abnormal next time go back to using condoms. Good Luck
