How do I reach peeps about humane issues?

I feel very strongly that their are some major issues, non political that today's society needs to address. And we are giving our kids the wrong messages here. How can I express my concerns to where others can hear it? Do i contact a magazine and ask them to write about this issue or what? What can I do? One of my issues is what is going on with today's sense of beauty? It's so false! Now are teens are getting the message to go out and get augmentaion and lipo! What's next? Telling our 7 yr old they need botox! What happened to natural beauty? Beauty is not just about physical appearance! Your face is a road map and a beautiful one.Nothing is good enough for anyone these days, it's pathetic! Before we know it we'll be telling our babies they are too fat and need lipo! Our sense of beauty these days is so altered it's unreal! and this is the message we are giving the younger generation! To be plastic, surgery and botox infused to be "normal" and "beautiful"! How revolting! What mother nature has blessed us with is now turning out to be a curse in todays eyes and that is plain frightening to see. Age is a gift not a curse to be plastered over with silicon and needles! Beauty is so artificial! Pregnant women go around crying because their partner tells them they're fat and no longer attractive! This bs needs to stop! We are giving the wrong messages here! As far as I am concerned this artiifaical push is a form of emotional abuse. Funny how real beautiful peeps aren't acknowledged anymore, peeps that do alot of good for others and mankind aren't called "beautiful" by today's society! The peeps that are "beautiful" have implants, lipo, botox on the lips you name it and anorexic! I believe cosmetic surgery is abused greatly. It's suppose to help peeps who have deformities, been in accidents, and for minor issies, not to reconstruct the whole body because in their eyes, they aren't "perfect" enough. Funny, cause within 20 yrs after having cosmetic surgery they go back for more because they still aren't "perfect" enough. And that's because society tells us this!
